Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
We are seeking a Racing and Business Support Executive to assist the Racing Department during the European Flat season as well as provide support to the wider Juddmonte group. This position will suit someone who has the knowledge of, and keen interest in, all aspects of the thoroughbred racing/breeding industry and ideally have previous experience of racing administration.
This role is on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and will run for 15 months from April 2026.
Duties will include:
- Co-ordination and compilation of racing reports to key stakeholders.
- Providing general ad hoc support to the wider Juddmonte group.
- Updating and maximising the use of our bespoke equine management system.
- Assisting the teams during European Bloodstock sales.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to work with senior management, understanding the importance of confidentiality. They will be capable of working in a high-performance environment with exacting standards and tight deadlines. An enthusiastic self-starter who can work both autonomously and have the adaptability to operate alongside a variety of business areas. Experience of the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
