Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• has the confidence to manage people and delegate tasks
• can demonstrate excellent horsemanship skills
• is competent in feeding regimes
• has some knowledge of, or experience in, administering routine vet meds/treatments
• has some experience of foaling, or has the willingness to learn
• is a conscientious individual who enjoys working as part of a team
• is health & safety aware
• has an enthusiastic, flexible and professional attitude with an organised approach to their work, and a strong work ethic

Ideally, we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, but we are willing to be flexible for the right applicant.
