Health & Safety Advisor
Banstead Manor Stud, Newmarket, Suffolk
We are now seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to provide professional and competent health and safety advice, guidance, and support across all UK farms, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
The successful individual will work proactively with managers and employees to promote a positive safety culture through an in-house safety committee, building on existing health and safety management systems and processes to protect people, support business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
Applicants should:
- hold a relevant Health & Safety qualification
- possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- be able to build and maintain positive working relationships
- be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications
Experience within the equine industry or an agricultural setting would be advantageous.
