Farm Mechanic & Tractor Driver
Estcourt Estate, Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Due to the retirement of our current postholder, we are now seeking a Farm Mechanic/Tractor Driver to join the small maintenance team at our Estcourt Estate near Tetbury, Glos.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain the large and small tractors, ATVs, ride-on lawnmowers, as well as smaller tools and equipment. In addition, they will carry out general paddock and parkland maintenance.
Applicants must have:
• previous experience of servicing and maintaining both small and large machinery
• experience of paddock maintenance (harrowing, rolling and topping)
• the ability to operate plant and machinery including ride-on mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers etc.
• an understanding of health and safety
• an enthusiastic and professional attitude with a strong work ethic

This position would suit someone who is adaptable and enjoys working on their own, and as part of a small team. Some experience of welding would be advantageous.
